John leads all aspects of Capital Payments’ strategic planning, including spearheading key alliances and acquisitions. Prior to joining Capital, John served as CEO of iPay Technologies; EVP of Ruesch International; CEO of Spectrum; and President and COO of NOVA Information Systems. John holds a BS in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA, Management, from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
